I have noticed that whenever I am in a funk (sometimes serious, usually temporary), I draw faces.
There is something comforting about imaginary portraits. This lady likes sweet coffee, croisants with real butter and Stargate.

This particular face is adorable. I know what you mean too. There is something enjoyable and even...I don't know, therapeutic about drawing faces. I love expressions, and the one you have created is amusing and fun.
